At Zai Health Ojai, Dr. Rezai and Nurse Amy make the perfect team. They have worked together over the past 6 years. Nurse Amy is a local, and has held her BSN for over 20 years. Dr. Rezai is known for his great bedside manor, and comprehensive treatment to patients of all ages.
Great news is Membership is not needed for services. Anyone is welcome to come for a visit to address their medical needs starting at $99.
If you are a Member your visits are covered in plan, regardless of how frequently, and other services are greatly discounted or included.
