PRIMARY CARE & WELLNESS

Zai Health provides comprehensive primary care and offers preventative visits, such as an annual exam, to help members achieve their wellness goals. Prestige providers also will help manage chronic health conditions such as: 

URGENT CARE

We provide walk-in or same day care for urgent medical conditions. Typical conditions we treat include:

INJURY CARE

Zai Health provides walk-in or same-day care for injuries such as sprains, cuts requiring stitches, fractures, and more. We have on-site x-ray available at no additional cost to you.* Typical injury conditions we treat include: 

LABORATORY TESTS

Zai Health offers basic on-site laboratory testing at no additional charge (such as pregnancy testing, strep throat testing, flu testing, urinalysis, and others). For all other tests not performed on-site, we send samples to outside laboratory partners for processing. If you prefer to file your insurance company to pay for these tests, we will send your information to the laboratory and they will bill your insurance plan, with any uncovered charges billed to you directly. However, Zai Health members receive negotiated cash discounts for outside lab services. If you would like to take advantage of our discounted cash pricing, you may pay directly at the time of service. Any outside lab tests and their associated costs will be discussed with you before they are ordered.

X-RAY & DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

We provide X-ray services free of charge to our members and additional diagnostic services such as EKG, Pulse Oximeter, Pulmonary Function Testing, Slit Lamp Eye Exam, and others. We don not cover outside x-ray reading by radiologist(s); however, you will be charged at a member discounted cash price. If you require outside imaging, such as an MRI, we will send you to our imaging partner where as a Zai Health member you can receive a significant cash discount, or use your insurance coverage.

VACCINES/ INJECTIONS

Zai Health services do not cover vaccines fees. Adult vaccines, including TDAP are charged at cost. Our services do cover routine injections such as IM medications and therapeutic injections. We do not provide childhood vaccines services, except TDAP.

IN-HOUSE PHARMACY (COMING SOON)

Zai Health will send your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. As an alternative, you can enjoy the convenience of purchasing reasonably priced generic drugs and some non-generic drugs at our in-house pharmacy.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Zai Health membership does not cover services performed outside our clinic such as imaging, specialized laboratory work, hospital stays, visits to the emergency room, or specialty care. Additional exclusions are ambulance transportation, specialty pain management, maternity care, neonatal care, alcoholism or substance abuse treatments, vaccines or fracture casting.
